License Terms

These License Terms govern how you may use themes and digital products purchased from Cynex Portal through cynexportal.com. By purchasing or downloading a product, you agree to these terms. This is an end-user license, not a sale of the underlying intellectual property.

License grant

When your payment is confirmed, Cynex Portal grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide, non-transferable license to use the purchased theme or digital product, subject to these terms. Unless a different license is stated on the product listing, one purchase covers use on a single live production website or store that you own or operate.

What you may do

• Use the product to build and run one live website or store, plus related staging and development copies.
• Modify and customize the files to suit your project.
• Use the product for personal or commercial projects, including work delivered to a client, provided the license passes to that end client for that single project.

What you may not do

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, lease, or give away the product files, whether on their own or bundled into another product.
• Include the product, in whole or in part, in a theme, template, or product that competes with Cynex Portal or is offered on another marketplace.
• Share your account, download links, or license with anyone outside your organization.
• Claim authorship of the product or remove any copyright or attribution notices from the source files.

Multiple sites and extended use

Each license covers a single production website unless the listing states otherwise. If you need to use a product on additional sites, please buy an additional license for each site, or contact us at support@cynexportal.com about extended licensing.

Ownership

Cynex Portal and its licensors retain all intellectual property rights in the products. You receive a license to use the product; you do not acquire ownership of the underlying code, design, or assets.

Third-party assets

Some products may include or rely on third-party fonts, images, libraries, or plugins that are governed by their own licenses. Where a demo includes assets we cannot redistribute, they are provided for demonstration only, and you are responsible for licensing them for your own use.

Updates and support

Access to updates and support is provided as described on each product listing. We may release updates to fix issues or maintain compatibility, but we do not guarantee that a product will remain compatible with every future platform or third-party change.

Warranty and liability

Products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Cynex Portal is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, a product.

Termination

This license remains in effect until terminated. It ends automatically if you breach these terms. On termination you must stop using and delete all copies of the affected product files. The sections covering ownership, warranties, and liability survive termination.

Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, available at cynexportal.com/refund-policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these License Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest revision. Your purchase is governed by the version in effect at the time of your order.
