Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when Cynex Portal offers refunds for purchases made through cynexportal.com. It applies to our digital themes and other downloadable products. Custom design and development services are covered by a separate written agreement.
Digital products are delivered instantly
Our themes and digital products are delivered electronically. As soon as your payment is confirmed, your files and download links become available in your Cynex Portal account. Because these are digital goods, they are treated as delivered the moment that access is made available to you.
All sales are generally final
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the download has been accessed or the files have been delivered. By completing checkout, you acknowledge that you are buying a digital product with immediate access, and you agree to this policy.
When we may issue a refund
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. At our reasonable discretion, we may issue a full or partial refund in situations such as:
- The theme has a significant defect that prevents it from working as described, and we are unable to provide a fix or workaround within a reasonable time.
- You were charged more than once for the same item, or were charged in error.
- The product was materially not as described on its listing.
What is not eligible
Refunds are generally not available in the following situations:
- You changed your mind after purchasing, or no longer need the product.
- You do not have the technical skills or resources to use the theme, or chose not to use it.
- The product is incompatible with third-party software, hosting, or platform versions that fall outside the requirements shown on its listing.
- You request a refund after downloading and using the product, outside of the defect situations described above.
How to request a refund
To request a refund, email us at support@cynexportal.com within 14 days of your purchase. Please include your order number, the email address used at checkout, the product name, and a clear description of the problem.
We aim to review every request within a reasonable time and will let you know the outcome by email. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through our payment provider, Stripe.
Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first at support@cynexportal.com — we can usually resolve issues faster than a bank dispute. Opening a chargeback without contacting us may result in your account and downloads being suspended while the dispute is investigated.
Custom projects and services
Custom design and development work is quoted and delivered under a separate written agreement. Deposits and milestone payments for services are non-refundable once the corresponding work has begun, except where required by law or agreed in writing.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Your purchase is governed by the version of the policy in effect at the time of your order.
